Free ZOOM Play Through with Joe Collins 6:30 pm Eastern 5:30 pm Central 4:30 pm Mountain 3:30 pm Pacific (see the zoom link below) In celebration of the life and ministry of St Patrick and as a token of my appreciation to all of you who bought my Irish Charms book, I’ll be hosting a free ZOOM PLAY THROUGH. This is a collection of popular, traditional tunes that can still be heard throughout Ireland today, including those that are aimed at modern-day tourists in the country. I doubt that we will play all of them, but we’ll get to a lot of the songs in the book. The session will last 60 – 90 minutes, but you can come and go at your convenience. You don’t have to have the book to participate, but I will be calling out page numbers if you want to participate with tab. As time permits, I may give a few hints about playing some of the tunes, but it will not be a workshop per se. The main focus will be just playing the tunes with you to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, so bring your copy of the book if you have one! If you would like to purchase the book, just go to www.jcdulcimer.com and click on “Books.” It is available in hardcopy and digital format (navigable pdf file). Here is the Zoom Link to the Play Through https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88010128739?pwd=xb18mHLMGqlYNQf8YE6FL PCRnlnyji.1 June 7, 2025
